How much do your services cost?

In the vast majority of cases my services are completely free for you — I'm paid by the chosen lender. The rare exceptions (private or alternative financing) are always disclosed up front, transparently.

How long does a pre-approval take?

Typically 24 to 48 business hours once your documents are in. Firm pre-approvals often come within the same week.

What's the difference between a broker and a bank?

A bank offers only its own products. A broker shops many lenders (banks, credit unions, alternative and private) and negotiates on your behalf.

Can I work with you if I'm self-employed?

Absolutely. It's one of my specialties. I have access to lenders who truly understand business and commission income.

A single credit check is done with your consent. The impact is minor and short-lived.
